Procase recently launched a new Mini-ITX case calle the Noah. The cases comes with a built-in 90 Watt DC-DC powersupply and an external AC/DC adaptor.

Drive bays: 1x 3.5"/2.5" HDD bay, slim-optical bay
Power supply: 90W DC-DC board, 80W AC/DC adapter
LED indicators: Power and HDD activity
Switches: Power and reset
Expansion slots: 1x PCI32 through a riser card (included)
Front connections**: USB2.0 x2, audio, FireWire (IEEE1394)
Materials: SECC body, ABS and aluminum front panel
Cooling: 80mm fan

Accessory included: assembly kit, 2.5" HDD cable, slim-optical converter, compact ATA cable
** The front connections and reset switch are located behind the cover.
