Konica Minolta introduced its color laser alternative to inkjet printers: the magicolor 2400W and the magicolor 2430DL. Designed for the home office user and the small business environment, the magicolor 2400-series makes color laser technology as affordable as inkjet printers. "SOHO users have typically thought of inkjet printers as the lowest cost option for color printing," stated Stephen Fletcher, president and COO of KONICA MINOLTA PRINTING SOLUTIONS. "However, when such factors as ink consumption, print speed, output durability, and productivity are considered, users are realizing that inkjet printers are not as economical as they might seem, and are not really designed for today's high-demand office printing. With our cost-effective magicolor 2400-series, the reasons to switch from inkjet to color laser have never been more compelling."

The magicolor 2400-series offers all the benefits of color laser technology--such as faster print speed, higher resolution "laser quality" output, more durable prints, and less frequent user intervention--in a compact but robust and reliable design. Starting at $399, the magicolor 2400-series is well within the budgets of most home office and small business users.
