TUL launches the PowerColor HD 2900 XT also known as R600. This 700 million-transistor card clocks in at 740MHz with 512MB GDDR3 memory at 1650MHz. It is built with 320 unified stream processors and contains a 512-bit memory interface to take on the demands of DirectX 10 games. The HD 2900 XT comes with built-in HDMI for single HD display and audio connectivity. The Black Box gaming bundle from Valve Corporation is also included with this US$ 399 package.

The ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT has a built in HDMI with HD audio support for single HDTV connectivity. This feature is enabled with a DVI to HDMI adapter; no internal SPDIF or other audio cabling is required.

A coupon for a trio of games from Valve Corporation which includes: Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2, and Portal will be included in the retail box.
