The FX model is based on the older BlueOrb II, however the BlueOrb FX adds a LED display function to show the CPU's operating temperature as well as the noise level produced by the fan. The silent 120 mm blue LED fan not only provides ambient lighting but also provides real time system information, according to Thermaltake. The CPU cooler supports Intel's Socket LGA 775 and AMD's Socket AM2 processors.
Besides cooling the CPU, BlueOrb FX's design also helps to cool the surrounding VRM. Furthermore the crotched fin design allows BlueOrb FX to incorporate 140 aluminum fins for maximum heat dissipation.
As of this moment pricing has not been announced. Specifications are available here .
