The life of famed torrent tracker The Pirate Bay continues to be quite troubled as it once more went down (for most users), this time due to the intervention of Dutch anti-piracy BREIN. Recently, due to problems in its home country (Sweden), The Pirate Bay was forced to relocate to the Ukraine, with most the site's traffic being routed via NForce, a Dutch ISP (Internet Service Provider). Since it has 'jurisdiction' in the Netherlands, BREIN has went down on NForce to stop routing the torrent tracker's traffic. NForce complied with the request and so the Pirate Bay is currently down and out for most of the world. The Pirate Bay crew is working on getting new traffic 'routes' as we speak so the site should be back online soon.
