Redmond-based Microsoft is set to update its LifeCam product offer with a new release, the LifeCam VX-2000. Seen below, the upcoming webcam features USB connectivity, a VGA (640x480) sensor which can take 1.3MP photos, 3x digital zoom, and a Windows Live Call button. "Microsoft is committed to delivering quality products at every price point," said Daniel Anguiano, product marketing manager at Microsoft Corp. "These days more than ever, consumers are looking for the biggest bang for their buck, and the LifeCam VX-2000 fits the bill, with an excellent webcam experience that’s easy on the wallet." The LifeCam VX-2000 is set to become available next month at $29.95.
