First pics of Asus' X38 P5E3 Deluxe board go online

After we got a glimpse on one of Gigabyte' X38 motherboards, it is now time to see, courtesy of VR-Zone, what Asus has prepared for the X38 launch, one week away. The P5E3 Deluxe is Asus' DDR3-boasting board powered by Intel's high-end X38 chipset. The motherboard features support for the current Core 2 offer, the upcoming 45nm CPUs and 1600 MHz FSB, which was only sighted on Xeon processors. The board comes with a complex cooling system that vaguely resembles the one found on the P35-equipped P5K3 Deluxe, it features three PCI-Express x16 slots, six USB 2.0 ports, two eSATA connectors, two Ethernet ports and six SATA 3.0 Gbps connectors, four of which are oriented so as to not 'bother' a long and bulky graphics card. The motherboards can be contemplated through the pics below. Purchasing it will mean require some waiting time but the board will be in stores in the second half of September. Hype it!
