nVidia GeForce 8600 GT / GTS test

You have noted in this review that you expect that the GeForce 8500 GT probably wont be good for gamers. Let me tell you. You are wrong. I just lit up Halo 2 for Vista with all the eye candy on and it rocks. I have never seen such detail. And the card handled 1280 X 1024 without so much as a hicuup. I have the 512mb version and the only thing I noticed was that when I finished playing the game the fan was running at light speed and was a little noisy (but not near the noise I heard from the Radeon cards fan)
