Is bigger better?

Notebooks are available in a myriad of sizes, ranging from small models aimed at people who travel a lot, to larger models which you wouldn't want to move at all if given the choice. A good example of the latter is the Acer Aspire 9802AWKMI, a 20 inch wide screen notebook.

Whilst we were testing the notebook passers-by would occasionally stop, take a quick look at the machine and start to grin. This occurrence wasn't exactly out of place considering that, though the notebook follows Acers age old design ethic and looks practically identical to every other Acer notebook, the 9802AWKMI seems to have grown way out of proportion. The combination of a huge thick screen and large keyboard make it seem like the notebook was designed for giants.
