Overclocking

We have tried to overclock the Point-of-View GeForce 8800 GTX, but the potential whilst using the standard cooler is not very impressive. The GPU clock could be increased to 630MHz, and the memory to 1001MHz. Te overall result in 3DMark06 using the overclocked setting was around 6% higher than when using the standard settings.

The next graph shows the 3DMark06 scores with the overclocked cards we have tested recently:
