Sony Vaio L with 24" multitouch Full HD

Later this month, Sony will release the Vaio L. The desktop system features an integrated 24-inch screen with Full HD (1920x1080) resolution. Processor options include several Pentium, Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad chips. The Vaio L can be equipped with up to 12 GB of memory, an HDD of up to 1 TB and a Blu-ray player.

Connectivity includes Gigabit Ethernet and WiFi. A cardreader, two 5,5 W speakers and a webcam with facial recognition have also been integrated into the device. Graphics are provided by a GeForce G210M 512 MB or a GT 240M 1 GB and a TV tuner is present as well.

Sony's Vaio L is bundled with the 64-bits version of Windows 7 Home Premium. The system is to be released in the United States on the 22nd of October, sporting a minimum pricetag of USD 1300.
