Overclocker HamidFULL has been capable of increasing the clock frequency of the HD4200 GPU -integrated in AMD's 785G- up to 1083 MHz. The reference clock frequency of the 55nm chip is 500 MHz. By increasing the voltage of the northbridge with 0,351 volt, the GPU of the ECS A785GM-M motherboards could be overclocked this far. The voltages used for RAM memory and processor were also increased.
The ECS motherboard does not feature any sideport memory, meaning the performance isn't very impressive. The doubled clock frequency did however significantly enhance the performance. The screenshot below validates the overclock and a 3D Mark 2001 score of 14902 points.
