GlacialTech already showed its first Lynnfield CPU-cooler in late July. The company has now added another Intel socket LGA 1156 model, branded F101. This cooler uses five copper heatpipes that transfer the heat from the copper base to the aluminum cooling fins. Weighing 750 grams, GlacialTech clearly aims the cooler at demanding users looking for a quiet system or a great overclocking potential.

The cooling block has dimensions of 143 x 86 x 148 mm and sports a 120 mm 'axial Bullet' fan. Glacialtech will be releasing two versions of the F101 cooler; a 'Silent' model with an 1100 RPM fan and a 'PWM' version, which has an adjustable fanspeed of between 800 and 1700 RPM.  Apart from Intel's LGA 1156 support, the F101 is also compatible with sockets LGA 775 or 1366, as well as AMD's  AM2(+) and AM3.
