Xigmatek is a new name in the CPU-cooler branche. The company was established two years ago, reportedly by some ex-Cooler Master employees. Since then their products have been available in small quantities. Unique to the Xigmatek coolers is the patented Direct Heatpipe technologie: the coolers are produced in a way that allows the heatpipes to directly make contact with the processor. We've seen this before on OCZ's Vendetta coolers, which are produced by Xigmatek. On its stand they showed a new topmodel, named Achilles. This cooler has four extra big heatpipes and a new designed cooling block. The manufacturer claims the price will be modest, so the cooler can have a good price/performance-ratio.
