BFG, who most people will know for it's graphics cards, has announced an 800 Watt power supply named ES-800. BFG claims the supply is very efficient (atleast 80%), even under very little load (<10% maximum load). To achieve such efficiency they have chosen to use Japanese solid state condensers and gilded connectors.

The supply features four 12V rails that combined can be stressed to 65A (or 780 Watt), a 138mm intake fan and a profound amount of connectors, under which: 

  • 1x 24pins ATX;
  • 4 and 8pins cpu;
  • two 6pins PCI-e;
  • two 8pins PCI-e;
  • six molex connectors;
  • six SATA connectors.
