BenQ claims to have developed the first 21.;5 inch Full HD LCD monitor. The new screen is branded the E2200HDA and will be available in the third quarter of this year. Despite its native 16:9 resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, the screen is also capable of handling 16:10 resolutions to ensure a full screen.
The E2200HDA has a grey-to-grey response time of 2ms, a 10.000:1 dynamic contrast-ratio and a maximum brightness of 300 cm/m². Next to the standard DVI and VGA connectors, the monitor also has an HDMI port and an audio connector to use the screen's integrated 1 watt speakers.
