Super Talent unveils the USB 3.0 RAIDDrive

Several manufacturers have already announced USB 3.0 storage solutions but Super Talent is the first to come up with a flash drive that makes use SuperSpeed USB. Dubbed RAIDDrive, the USB 3.0-equipped (but also USB 2.0 compatible) NAND drive measures 95 x 37 x 13.5 mm, comes in 32, 64 and 128GB capacities, has a sleek black/silver casing, an activity LED, and can reach transfer speeds of up to 200 MB/s via USB 3.0 or up to 320 MB/s when using USB 3.0 and a separate UAS Protocol driver "This product underscores Super Talent's continued leadership in USB drives," said Super Talent COO, C.H. Lee. "We've developed the world's first mobile USB 3.0 flash drive. It delivers phenomenal performance and it incorporates our own patented technology." The RAIDDrive USB 3.0 will start reaching stores in December and will be backed by a lifetime warranty.
