Transcend has just updated its memory offer with a new DDR3 kit that's designed for systems based on LGA 1156 Core i5/i7 processors but can easily be used with AM3 PCs too. The fresh kit features two 2GB modules that make use of 128Mx8 DDR3 FBGA chips, work at 1333 MHz with 9-9-9-24 latencies, and are powered at 1.5V, the JEDEC-approved operating voltage for DDR3. Transcend's 4GB DDR3-1333 kits is backed by a lifetime warranty and can be found priced at $117.
