Adding to its Juniper offer, PowerColor has now announced a new custom-cooled Radeon HD 5750, the PCS HD5750 Premium Edition. The new lower-mid-range card has 720 Stream Processors, a 128-bit memory interface, a GPU clocked at 700 MHz, 1GB of GDDR5 memory @ 4600 MHz, and a dual-slot ZEROtherm fansink that features a 6mm copper heatpipe, 140 copper fins and a (probably 70mm) fan working at up to 2500 RPM (rotations per minute). The 40nm Juniper-powered Radeon also has CrossFireX support, and provides dual DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs. "PowerColor worked cooperatively with ZEROtherm again to add another powerful upgrade to HD5750 series," says Ted Chen, CEO of TUL Corporation. "This value added edition features outstanding cooling performance and the latest DirectX 11 game. With very limited quantities available, gamers should take the chance and get this highly recommended card." The PCS HD5750 Premium Edition is bundled with a coupon for the download of DiRT2 (a racing game set for a December release), and is planned to debut on October 30th priced at $139.
